Co-owner and Director of the Studio of Communikation (Pracownia Komunikacji)

Before Ewa founded her own firm, she worked as Publishing director of G+J Gruner + Jahr Polska. She was responsible for the following titles: Halo, Naj, Gala, Moje Gotowanie (promotional and editorial actions resulting in sale increase; managing the introduction of Gala weekly to the market; event organization; budget preparation and control,; promotional and editorial strategies). She was also preparing marketing and PR strategies for newly introduced books.

She is a trainer and consultant as well as author of various publications and articles (for example Infor, Wydawnictwo J. K. Walewski, Wydawnictwo Wiedza i Praktyka) . She graduated from the Jagiellonian University (Krakow) and was a postgraduate student of Studium Public Relations UW i PAN (graduating with the Gold Award). She is fluent in French (DALF) and English (CAE, LCCI). In her free time she enjoys her three passions: her daughter, Yoga and writing. She often participates in creative writing workshops.

Iza has a rich background in marketing. She began her carrier with Unilever where she co-created a new Trade Marketing department. She then went on to work as an Executive in the Innovation and Competitive process department in the same company. She then worked as the Senior Marketing Executive for Eurozet (responsible for audience and advertising; market analysis, audience indicators forecasts, internal and external training, preparation of trade marketing tools, focus group interviews, brand management strategies). Later on she was a Marketing Director of Radio Kolor 103 FM. Since 2002 she is responsible for the Studio of Image and takes care of creating client’s image. She graduated form Warsaw University with a degree in English and speaks fluently. She likes spending her free time in an active way, such as playing tennis with the whole family, and loves cycling.
